• SCADA systems design, development, startup and commissioning.
• Expertise in PLC ladder logic and function block programming ( other IEC 61131-3 standard languages).
• Developing base programming templates and standard control blocks based on object oriented programming methodology.
• Expertise in HMI graphics development , tag database, alarming , reporting and historian configuration.
• Detailed knowledge of SQL server and Microsoft reporting services.

• Extensive experience in leading large scale manufacturing and capacity expansion projects. Experience involves Managing system integrators, Electrical contractors, Skid fabricators and mechanical contractors.
• Project management experience including writing Project proposals, Scopes of work, Scheduling (MS Project) , Budgeting, Project setup, PO requisitions, Ordering Hardware, resource management, weekly project updates, Project deliverables, approving invoices etc.
• Experience working on capital projects, legacy systems migration and existing system enhancements and upgrades.
• Vast experience working on Utilities systems and interface between utilities systems and manufacturing lines.
• Very good in writing User Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications and Software Design Specififications.
• Experience developing safety procedures and guidelines for controls equipment operation.( OSHA compoliance)
• Expertise in writing and executing test procedures (Installation and operational Qualification)
• Experience developing SOP's - Standard Operating Procedures and developing different system level trainings for management, engineers, maintanance and operators
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical automation systems validation and managing validated systems as per FDA Quality System Regulations.
• Working knowledge of MES System and experience implementing MES performance and operation modules
• Highly knowledgeable in GMP/GEP/cGMP/GAMP, S88 standard batch system design and 21 CFR part11, 21 CFR part58, 21 CFR parts 210&211 compliance.
• Working knowledge of VMware and VSpehere.
• Good knowledge of various Industrial comuunication protocols.( DeviceNet, Foundation Fieldbus, Ethernet, RS232, PROFIBUS etc)
• Software lifecycle management and production equipment lifecycle management
• Knowledge of .Net and C programming language ( Read and interpret code, make small modifications and updates)
• Good knowledge of Track and Trace and vision systems
• Expertise in Batch model development and Recipe creation
